Studio Policies

No outside visitors allowed in the studio during class times.
No children allowed in the studio at any time.
Age limit 17 years old & Up or 16 years old with signed parental approval.
All waivers must be signed before being allowed to participate.
Outside shoes must be removed at the inside entrance of the studio.
Dress code: No nudity allowed.
If client seems to be under the influence or intoxicated to where potential injury could occur all Legs up Fitness instructors or employees can refuse service with no refund.
No outside food. Drink containers must have a closure on it.
Clients may not enter the class 10 minutes after class starts, unless permitted by the instructor. Late arrival more than 10 minutes may result in forfeit of your spot. Class credit may be subject to a $15 fee no refunds permitted.
No refunds or class credits for missed classes unless email notification, phone call, text, and instructor has been notified prior to class time.
Clients can sign up 8 days in advance for a class and have up to 2 hours prior to class time to sign up for a class.
All class cancellations must be 4 hours or more prior to class time. Or class will be forfeited no refunds permitted. No call no show can be subject to a $25 fee.
Inclement weather: Make sure your contact information is up to date so that there is not an issue with contacting you if classes are cancelled. We will make every effort to contact students through contact information provided as well as social media updates.
