For all of our Pole classes we strongly recommend wearing shorts, tank top (or a t-shirt), and knee pads. Heels are recommended but they are NOT required. Please also ensure that you are not wearing body lotion, oil, or hand jewlery as that will make dancing on the pole a not-so-fun slippery mess.

Beginner

Intermediate/Advanced
Pole choreography incorporating heel fundamentals and fun transitions so you can gain ankle strength while building confident heel walking/dancing skills. Also incorporating challenging intermediate level Pole Tricks.
